Spaghetti with spinach and salmon |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 500g/1 lb 2oz pack spaghetti 100g/3½ oz capers 150g/5½ oz smoked salmon 250g/9oz baby spinach 3 tbsp olive oil Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions; drain. 2. Stir the capers, salmon and spinach into the hot spaghetti. 3. Add olive oil, season to taste and serve.
