Ingredients: (Serves 4) 350g/12oz spaghetti 400g/14oz prawns 200ml/7 fl oz white wine 1 large onion, finely chopped 200g/7oz tinned mushrooms, sliced 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 red pepper, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped parsley Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the spaghetti according to the packet instructions. 2. Put the prawns into a saucepan with the wine, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 mins. Remove the prawns with a slotted spoon and set aside. 3. Add the onion, mushrooms, garlic and pepper into the wine and simmer for 5 mins. 4. Return the prawns into the sauce, add parsley and simmer for another 5 mins. 5. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, season to taste and serve.
