Ingredients: (Serves 4)  500g/1 lb 2oz pasta 2 tbsp olive oil 2 large cloves garlic, finely sliced 2 large tins of tuna, drained 2 tins of chopped tomatoes 2 tbsp sugar 14 black olives, chopped Small jar of artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped Salt Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to packet instructions. 2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add garlic and gently cook for a minute. 3. Add tuna, tomatoes, sugar, olives and artichokes, season with salt and simmer for 5 mins. 4. Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta, season to taste and serve.
