Grilled pepper & bacon pasta |

Ingredients: (Serves2)
250g/9oz pasta 1 tbsp oil 125g/4½ oz bacon bits 110g/4oz grilled peppers from a jar, sliced 75g/2½ oz grated cheddar 30g/1oz brie cheese Method: 1. Cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water; drain. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add bacon bits and fry for approx 8 mins until crispy. 3. Add the grilled peppers and cook for another minute. 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, stir in the cheddar and brie and serve.
