Spaghetti with broccoli and anchovies |

Ingredients: (Serves 4)  400g/14oz spaghetti 350g/12oz broccoli, cut into small florets 5 tbsp olive oil 6 anchovy fillets, chopped 1 chilli pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped 100g/3½ oz breadcrumbs Salt Method: 1. Cook spaghetti according to the instructions on pack. 2. Cook the broccoli florets in a pan of salted water for about 4 mins. 3. In the meantime heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add anchovies and chilli peppers and fry for a minute, stirring continuously. 4. Add breadcrumbs, keep stirring and fry for another 3 mins until everything is golden. 5. Drain the spaghetti and broccoli and mix everything together with breadcrumbs. 6. Season to taste and serve.
