Ingredients: (Serves 4) 500g/1 lb 2oz cooked chicken pieces 4 slices of bacon 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced 4 tbsp dried breadcrumbs 1 tsp curry powder 20g/1oz butter, melted 70g/2½ oz grated cheese Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and lightly grease a shallow ovenproof dish. 2. Put the bacon slices on the bottom of the dish, arrange the chicken pieces on top and cover with apple slices. 3. Mix breadcrumbs with curry powder and sprinkle over the apples. 4. Pour the melted butter on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for approx 15 mins until golden and serve with potatoes.
