Chicken breasts with Brie |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 chicken breast fillets Salt, pepper 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tsbp dried parsley 1 wedge of Brie cheese, sliced 250ml/9fl oz fresh cream Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 210°C/fan 190°C and grease a shallow ovenproof dish. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, rub in the garlic and sprinkle with parsley. 3. Arrange the chicken breasts on the bottom of the ovenproof dish, put the Brie cheese on top of them and pour in the cream. 4. Cover with tin foil and bake for 30 mins, then uncover and bake for further 15 mins. Serve with chips or potatoes.
