Ingredients: (Serves 2)  2 chicken breast fillets, diced 4 peaches 1 tsp coriander 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp oil Salt, pepper Method: 1. To make a marinade mix together coriander, honey, lemon juice and oil. 2. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and marinate for about an hour. 3. Dice the peaches just before making the kebabs so they don’t turn brown and put them on skewers together with the chicken pieces. 4. Grill, turning frequently, until golden and cooked through.
