Turkey breast with leek and mushrooms Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)  
400g/14oz turkey breast, sliced into thin fillets
50g/2oz grated cheddar
200g/7oz mushrooms, sliced
125g/4½ oz leek, sliced
150g/5½ oz streaky bacon
100ml/3½ fl oz fresh cream
1 tsp paprika
Salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease an ovenproof dish.
2. Arrange half of the turkey fillets on the bottom of the dish, season with salt, sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese.
3. Cover with sliced mushrooms and leek and arrange the other half of the turkey fillets on top.
4. Cover with slices of bacon, pour over the fresh cream and bake for approx 30 mins until the bacon is golden and the turkey is cooked through.
