“Melt in your mouth” drumsticks |

Ingredients: (serves 3) 1kg chicken drumsticks 200ml/7 fl oz passata 200ml/7 fl oz ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp brown sugar 3 cloves garlic, crushed Pepper
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 150°C and put the drumsticks into a large ovenproof dish. 2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the drumsticks. 3. Cover with tin foil and bake for 3 hours. Serve with roast potatoes, chips, mash or whatever you fancy.
