Ingredients: (Serves 2) 3 chicken breasts, cut into very small pieces or thin strips Salt 3 eggs, beaten 1 onion, finely chopped 4 tbsp cornflour 1 clove garlic, crushed Pinch of chilli 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Method: Put the chicken pieces into a bowl, season with salt and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly and put in a fridge for couple hours. Then heat a non-stick pan and spoon the mixture into the pan. Flatten with the back of a spoon and fry for a few minutes each side until crispy. Can be served hot with potatoes or cold in sandwiches.
