Broccoli and pine nut salad |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 200g/7oz broccoli florets 50g/2oz green seedless grapes, sliced in half 15g/ ½oz pine nuts 85ml/3fl oz mayonnaise Method: 1. Cook the broccoli in a pan of lightly salted boiling water for 2-3 mins, drain and leave to cool. 2. Combine the broccoli, grapes, pine nuts and mayonnaise in a bowl. 3. Serve chilled with crusty bread.
