Ingredients: (Serves 4) 280g/10oz Edam cheese, diced 60g/2oz blue cheese, diced 100g ham, chopped 100g/3½ oz mayonnaise 100ml/3½ fl oz whipping cream Method: 1. Mix together Edam, blue cheese, ham and mayonnaise. 2. Whip the cream and gently fold in. 3. Serve with crusty white bread.
