Ingredients: (Serves 4) 1 large cucumber, sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 pot natural yoghurt 2-3 tbsp white wine vinegar 3 tbsp oil Salt, pepper Freshly chopped dill Method: 1. In a bowl mix together yoghurt, vinegar, oil and chopped dill. 2. Stir in the cucumber and onion and season with salt and pepper. 3. Serve chilled as accompaniment to roast meats, fish etc.
