Tuna, pepper and pasta salad |

Ingredients: 125g/4½ oz pasta Large tin of tuna in oil 2 green peppers, cut into strips 250g/9oz tomatoes, chopped 100g/3½ oz mayonnaise 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp paprika 50g/2oz natural yoghurt ½ tsp icing sugar 2 tbs chopped chives Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, then rinse under cold water. 2. Crush the tuna in the tin and together with the oil stir into the pasta. 3. Add peppers and tomatoes to the salad. 4. Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, paprika, yoghurt, sugar and chives and stir into the salad. 5. Season to taste and serve chilled.
