Ingredients: 200g/7oz fusilli pasta 500g/1 lb 2oz broccoli Large tin sweetcorn, drained 1 tub crème fraîche Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, rinse with cold water; drain. 2. Cut the broccoli into small florets and steam or cook in a pan of boiling water until just tender. 3. Put the pasta, broccoli and sweetcorn into a bowl, stir in the crème fraîche and season with salt and pepper. 4. Serve chilled.
