Ingredients: 400g/14oz tomatoes, chopped 1 lettuce, chopped 100g/3½ oz tinned tuna, drained 4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped 80g/3oz pistachio nuts 100g/3½ oz mascarpone cheese 100g/3½ oz crème fraîche Chopped parsley Salt
Method: 1. In a large salad bowl mix together tomatoes, lettuce, tuna, eggs and pistachio. 2. Mix together mascarpone, crème fraîche and parsley, season with salt and stir into the salad.
