Ingredients: Large tin of tuna, drained 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp capers 2 tbsp lemon juice Splash of white wine 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tbsp crème fraîche Salt, pepper Method: 1. Put the tuna, garlic, capers, lemon juice, wine and oil into a blender and whizz until smooth. 2. Stir in the crème fraîche and season to taste. 3. Serve with crunchy vegetables, crusty bread or baked potaotes.
