Tomato and red pepper relish |

Ingredients: 3 onions, sliced 2 red peppers, chopped 2 tins tomatoes, drained 1 chopped chilli 1 bay leaf Pinch of cinnamon 4 green apples, grated 1 cup vinegar 1 cup brown sugar 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp cumin Method: 1. Sweat off onions and peppers, then add garlic, ginger and spices 2. Add all other ingredients and cook out for 1 to 2 hours.
