Ingredients: 5 tbsp mayonnaise ½ cup crème fraîche 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp mustard 1 egg, hard-boiled Bunch of mixed herbs (e.g. dill, chives, coriander, parsley) 2 tsp icing sugar Salt, pepper Method: 1. Mix together mayonnaise, crème fraîche, lemon juice and mustard. 2. Finely chop the egg and stir into the sauce. 3. Chop the herbs, add to the sauce, season with sugar, salt and pepper and serve.
