Ingredients: 1 small onion, finely chopped 110ml/4 fl oz peanut oil 75ml/2½ fl oz rice vinegar 2 tbsp water 2 tbsp fresh grated ginger 2 tbsp finely chopped celery 2 tbsp ketchup 4 tsp soy sauce 2 tsp sugar 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp crushed garlic 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper Method: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on a high speed for about 30 seconds or until everything is well pureed.
