Ingredients: 3 tbsp mustard powder 2 tbsp hot water 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted ½ clove garlic, crushed 175ml/6 fl oz soy sauce 3 tbsp fresh cream, whipped Method: 1. In a small bowl combine mustard powder and water to make a paste. 2. Add sesame seeds, garlic and soy sauce and blend with a hand blender on a high speed for a minute. 3. Stir in the whipped cream and serve.
