Ingredients: 1 cup apple sauce ½ cup ketchup 1¼ cups brown sugar 6 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp granulated garlic ½ tsp cinnamon Method: 1. Put all ingredients into a saucepan, stir well and bring to the boil. Stir constantly about 4-5 mins. 2. Turn heat to low and continue to stir (about 3-5 mins) making sure sugar is completely dissolved. 3. Allow to cook without stirring for 15 minutes on lowest possible heat, uncovered. 4. Sauce can be kept in the fridge for a month (or can be frozen).
