Ingredients: 1 cucumber, grated 500g/1 lb 2oz greek natural yoghurt ½ tsp olive oil Juice of ¼ lemon ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp ground cumin 1 tsp crushed garlic 1 tbsp chopped mint or dill Method: Squeeze any excess liquid from the grated cucumber and mix with all other ingredients in a bowl. Serve chilled as accompaniment to kebabs or grilled/fried meats.
