Rosemary & garlic potatoes |

(great with roast chicken) Ingredients: Potatoes Butter Garlic cloves, sliced Fresh or dried rosemary Salt Method: 1. Peel and dice the potatoes and cook them in a pan of salted boiling water until tender. 2. Melt butter in a small pan, add sliced garlic cloves and rosemary and fry for a minute, then mix with the cooked potatoes. 3. Season to taste and serve.
