Ingredients: (Serves 4) 8 potatoes 4 tbsp oil 2 tsp cayenne pepper Salt Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C. 2. Wash the potatoes well, leave the skin on and cut into wedges. 3. Pour the oil over them, sprinkle with salt and cayenne pepper and stir well to coat. 4. Put on a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 35-45 mins until golden.
