Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) 1 onion, finely chopped 2 tbsp oil 1 cup rice 1 tsp paprika Salt 2 cups water Method: 1. Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and gently cook for 3 mins. 2. Add rice and fry, stirring, for a minute. 3. Add paprika, salt and water, cover and gently cook for 12-15 mins until the rice is tender.
