Mushrooms stuffed with crab meat |

Ingredients: 8-10 large fresh mushrooms 1 can of crab meat, drained 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp chopped parsley Handful of grated cheese Method: 1. Cut the stems of the mushrooms and scoop out the centers. Finely chop stems and centers. 2. Combine the crab meat and mayo, stir in the parsley, chopped stems and centers and cheese. 3. Stuff into mushroom cups and place under the grill for 5-7 minutes.
