Prosciutto & salmon wraps |

Ingredients: (makes 16 wraps) 2 avocados, seeded and peeled 8 slices of prosciutto 8 slices of smoked salmon Fresh lemon or lime Method: 1. Cut each avocado into 8 slices. 2. Diagonally wrap each slice of avocado with a prosciutto or salmon slice. 3. Arrange wraps on serving platter, garnish with lemon or lime and serve.
