Ingredients: (Serves 4) 100g/3½ oz cream cheese ½ pot crème fraîche 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp lemon juice Zest of ½ lemon 2 tbsp chopped dill 1 onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp capers 175g/6oz smoked salmon plus few extra strips to garnish ½ tsp freshly ground pepper Method: 1. Put the cream cheese, crème fraîche and butter in a blender and whizz until smooth. 2. Add lemon juice and zest, dill, onion and capers and blend again. 3. Finally add in the smoked salmon and pepper and whizz briefly. Serve chilled garnished with some extra salmon slices.
