Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) 6 slices of bread 6 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp oregano 2-3 slices of ham, chopped 8-10 olives, sliced Handful of grated cheese 200ml/7fl oz milk 2 eggs
Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and line a large baking tin with baking paper. 2. Arrange the bread slices on the bottom of the tin, spread with ketchup and sprinkle with oregano. 3. Put the chopped ham and olives on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. 4. Beat together milk and eggs and pour evenly over the bread. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for approx 30 mins until golden.
