Ingredients: 1 tin sardines in tomato sauce 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp oil 150g grated cheddar 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed ½ onion, finely chopped
Method: 1. Remove the bones from the sardines and mash them together with the tomato sauce from the tin. 2. Add ketchup, oil, cheddar, garlic and onion and mash everything together until well combined. 3. Tastes best on toasted crusty brown bread.
