Ingredients: (Serves 2-3) 3 eggs, hard-boiled 3 tomatoes 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley 4 tbsp crème fraîche 3 tbsp mayonnaise Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Roughly chop the eggs and tomatoes and put in a bowl. 2. Add parsley, crème fraîche and mayonnaise and stir gently. 3. Season to taste and serve with crusty rolls.
