Ingredients: (makes 1) 1 pitta bread 1 tbsp tomato purée 1 slice salami 2 slices tomato Grated cheddar Pinch of dried oregano
Method: 1. Spread the pitta bread with tomato purée and sprinkle with oregano. 2. Put the salami slice on top and sprinkle with some grated cheese. 3. Top with tomato slices and put under a hot grill for approx 4 mins until golden.
