Baked ham and egg breakfast |

Ingredients: (Serves 2) 2 large slices of ham 4 eggs 50g/2oz grated cheddar Ketchup Salt, pepper
Method: 1. Lightly grease two shallow ovenproof dishes and put a slice of ham on the bottom. 2. Drizzle a little bit of ketchup on the ham and break 2 eggs in each dish; season with salt and pepper. 3. Put under a hot grill for about 8-10 mins until the eggs are nearly set. 4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for further 5-8 mins until golden. Serve with toast or crusty rolls.
