Ingredients: 4 slices of bread 4 slices of cheddar cheese 4 slices of ham 4 small eggs 1 large red pepper butter salt Method: Cut the pepper into 4 very thick slices. Butter the 4 slices of bread and put them onto a roasting tray. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each slice of bread, put the pepper slice on top and break an egg inside the pepper. Season with salt and bake in the oven (180°C) until the toasts are golden and the eggs are set.
