Ingredients: (4 rolls) 4 slices of bread Butter 110g/4oz grated cheese 4 streaky rashers Method: 1. Cut off crusts of bread and roll out each slice thinly. 2. Spread lightly with butter 3. Put grated cheese on each slice and roll up tightly. 4. Wrap each roll with a rasher and grill or bake until golden brown.
