Ingredients:  1 sheet ready rolled puff pastry 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tsp oregano 4-6 waferthin slices salami 10-15 olives 80g/3oz grated cheese Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and line a large baking sheet with baking paper. 2. Roll out the sheet of puff pastry, spread evenly with ketchup and sprinkle with oregano. 3. Cut the salami slices in half and put them on the pastry in two horizontal rows approx. two inches apart. 4. Cut each of the olives in half and put them in two rows on top of salami. 5. Put the grated cheese on top and roll the pastry up horizontally. 6. Carefully cut the roll in approx. ½ inch slices and place slices on a baking tray. 7. Bake for approx. 15-18 mins until golden and serve hot or cold.
