Tortillas with chicken and chutney |

Ingredients: (Serves 4) 4 tortillas 4 tbsp mango chutney 200g/7oz cooked chicken breast, cut into small pieces 4 scallions, finely sliced 200g/7oz grated cheese Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C. 2. Put tortillas on a large baking sheet and spread 1 tbsp of chutney on each tortilla. 3. Divide the chicken pieces and scallions between them and top with grated cheese. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 mins and serve hot.
