Ingredients: (Serves 4-6)  2 tbsp oil 1 onion, finely chopped 3 tbsp flour1.8 litres/3¼ pts water 1 vegetable stock cube ½ cabbage, chopped 1 tbsp dried marjoram 2 potatoes, finely diced 3 garlic cloves, crushed Salt, pepper Method: 1. Heat the oil in a large pan and cook onion for 4 mins. 2. Add flour, stir well and slowly pour in the water, stirring continuously. 3. Add stock cube, cabbage, marjoram, potatoes, garlic, salt and pepper. 4. Bring to the boil and simmer for approx 40 mins. Season to taste and serve.
