Ingredients: 1 broccoli 150g/5½ oz blue cheese, grated 100g/3½ oz cheddar, grated 200ml/7fl oz milk Salt, pepper Method: 1. Cook broccoli in a pan of boiling water for a few minutes. 2. Heat the milk in a saucepan, add blue cheese and simmer until it has melted. 3. Transfer the broccoli to an ovenproof dish, pour over the cheese sauce and sprinkle with grated cheddar. 4. Put under a hot grill or into the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is golden.
