Ingredients: (Serves 4) 650g/1 lb 7oz broccoli, cut into florets 300ml/ ½pt fresh cream 2 eggs, beaten 1-2 tbsp chopped parsley 150g/5½ oz grated cheese Dried breadcrumbs Salt Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and grease a shallow ovenproof dish. 2. Cook the broccoli in a pan of salted boiling water until just tender. 3. Sprinkle the bottom of the greased dish with breadcrumbs and put in the broccoli, then sprinkle with half on the grated cheese. 4. Mix together cream, eggs and parsley and pour over the broccoli. 5. Bake for 10-15 mins, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until golden.
