Cauliflower korma Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 4)  

2 tbsp oil

2 small onions, sliced

16 baby potatoes, halved

1 cauliflower, cut into medium sized florets

Handful of frozen peas

Jar of Korma sauce

 

Method:

1. Heat the oil in a large pan, add onions and fry for 3 mins.

2. Add potatoes and cauliflower and fry, stirring, for another 3 mins.

3. Add peas and a splash of water, cover and cook on a low heat for approx 30 mins until the potatoes are tender. Keep adding more water during the cooking time, do not let the vegetables dry out.

4. Stir in the korma sauce, heat through and serve with boiled rice or naan bread.
