Bean and tomato stuffed peppers |

Ingredients: (Serves 4)
4 peppers 1 tin of baked beans 2 tomatoes, chopped Handful of grated cheese Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and grease a baking tin. 2. Half the peppers lengthways and remove the seeds, then put on the baking tray and bake for 15-20 mins. 3. Mix the beans with the tomatoes and fill the pre-baked pepper halves. 4. Top each half generously with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 10 mins until golden. 5. Serve with potato slices.
