Cauliflower gratin Print E-mail

Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)  
1 medium cauliflower, broken into small florets
½ cup plain flour
½ cup milk
2 eggs
Dried breadcrumbs
Salt

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and grease a shallow ovenproof dish.
2. Cook the cauliflower florets in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins, drain and season with salt.
3. Whisk together flour, milk and eggs until smooth, then stir in the cauliflower.
4. Pour the mixture on the bottom of the ovenproof dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
5. Bake in the oven for approx 30 mins or until golden. Serve with potatoes.
